Returns & Exchanges

At The Outdoor Gear, we want you to be fully prepared for your next adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel and equipment. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
